By Fate's Design

By Fate's Design is a project made in two weeks using python and the pygame library, inspired by tarot cards and mixed together with bullet-hell mechanics. If a new version gets developed, it will be in a language I am more familiar with, with hopefully the entire deck implemented. I also recommend taking a look at the How to Play presentation included in the file.

Controls:
WASD to move
Shift to Dash (invulnerable to damage while dashing)
Q to use your melee attack
E to use your ranged attack (autoaims the closest enemy)

Ranged attacks use your arms as projectiles, dealing a lot more damage. You cannot attack without arms, but you can walk over your already shot arms to grab them again. Alternatively, they regrow after 30 seconds.

Escaping the game also saves it, allowing you to continue from where you left of. In the case you get soft-locked (usually due to exiting the game whilst being dead), deleting your save.sav file located at resources/saves will resolve the issue.
